Do you want to add a little bit more flare to your homepage? Well now that is possible in Easy Brew by setting the hero section background to a video rather than a static image or image slider.
Setting it up is really simple, just follow the steps below:
- Go to; "Home Page" > "Intro" tab > select "Youtube Video" > and enter the YouTube video link.
- Set up a hero section height and a background image which will load in straight away and be displayed whilst the video takes a few seconds to load into the site. To do this, go to; "Home Page" > "Background Image" tab > select and image. Then scroll to the bottom of that tab and select the desired setting from the "Height options".
HINT: To make an even more seamless experience, create an image of the first frame of the video and set that image as the background image for your home page. The background image will load in before the video has loaded in, so setting this image as the first frame of the video means that when the video loads in, it will be a smooth transition from background image to video.
